Of respondents expect AI to have a large impact within five years, a 52-point increase from the number of respondents currently reporting a large impact. However, even in the public sector – the industry with the lowest overall expectations for AI’s impact – 41% of respondents expect AI to have a large impact within five years, an increase of 30 percentage points from current levels. This bullish sentiment is evident regardless of an organization's size or geography.
